Ronald Hoplamazian is a board director, institutional capital executive, and governance specialist with over two decades of experience overseeing complex financial structures, fiduciary obligations, and capital stewardship in institutional environments.

As Managing Member of Pluribus Capital LLC and a former GE Capital executive with 13+ years of board representation in over 100 portfolio companies, Mr. Hoplamazian has built a career defined by disciplined risk oversight, regulatory compliance, and value-creation under structured governance frameworks.

Pluribus Capital LLC is a merchant bank that specializes in working with management and investment teams to provide best-in-class financing structure execution. The firm has a successful track record of executing creative, value-add financing solutions rooted in extensive expertise in structured and project financing, private illiquid asset M&A, special situation investing, and financial restructuring. During the last decade, Pluribus and its managing member have originated over $45 billion of corporate transaction value and led sale and co-investment processes in excess of $3 billion for many of the largest financial institutions.

Previously, Mr. Hoplamazian spent more than 13 years at GE Capital, where he led the Special Situations / Portfolio Acquisition Group within Global Sponsor Finance. Under his leadership, the group managed over $900 million in performing and distressed assets and executed structured debt and equity transactions across a broad range of industries. He originated and structured more than $40 billion in corporate transaction volume and worked extensively with private equity sponsors, alternative asset managers, and global financial institutions.

Mr. Hoplamazian has significant experience guiding companies through corporate transitions, including operational turnarounds, restructurings, Chapter 11 proceedings, asset divestitures, and strategic recapitalizations.
